The Healthy Mind Platter.

Modern life is busy and it can be easy concentrate so much on one aspect, such of our careers, that we neglect others. It is also common to feel unfulfilled in one or more aspects of our life, for example if we don't feel our job is well aligned to our passions or fulfils a greater purpose in the world.

When working with clients, I often draw upon 'the healthy mind platter' (Source: D. Rock & D. Siegel, 2011). This identified 7 areas which strengthen the brain's internal connections and together can provide a sense of balance and opportunities to find fulfilment across the full spectrum of our experiences.

Why not take some time to reflect on the healthy mind platter and consider how your week ahead looks like in terms of each of the 7 areas?
